Andy and Heather have dedicated their lives to serving others, first as firefighters and paramedics and now helping others to live their healthiest by making sure their homes are clean. Heather is still a paramedic locally and when she’s not helping others there, she’s answering the phones and your questions about the amazing Chem-Dry difference. Andy enjoys meeting clients, old and new, and making you feel good about choosing Upper Chesapeake Chem-Dry for your cleaning needs.
Andy and Heather along with their kids enjoy sports, hiking, attending church, and discovering more of what Harford and Cecil county have to offer. Their oldest son is currently serving in the United States Marine Corps. The other 4 kids are involved in sports throughout Harford County with Andy coaching baseball. They have 2 yellow labradors, Zeke and Sarge.
History of the Chem-Dry Brand
As a young man working his way through law school in the early 1970’s, Robert Harris was a carpet cleaner who was working for someone else. Unhappy with the performance of the cleaning products then available, he began looking for a better solution. His research stretched into years and years of studying the chemical properties of cleaning formulas and years of backbreaking experiments which required cleaning areas of dirty carpets with one formula and then another.
